Uluwatu is a peninsula on the south of Bali, most famous for the surfer's beaches, high cliffs with stunning vistas on the sea, and the Uluwatu Temple, invaded by monkeys. It is actually very easy to get there from Denpasar airport, and the best way to enjoy the place is to rent motorbikes and cruise on the hilly back country. There are a couple of hotels on Jinbaran, which is also a fantastic place to grab seafood, as dozens of stalls offer the freshest grilled fish every evening!
